Free painting 27th Oct

Not a lot of members this week, possibly a culmination of our exhibition, Selby's exhibition, of which several of this club are members and half term holidays.

However the quality is still there.

Next week is the AGM as well as free painting.

Free painting week 20th Oct

Some lovely pieces herein all stages of development including a few finished ones.

A few Gareth Watling inspired birds, some stormy seas, enchanted forests , cats , dogs .horses and more besides

Gareth was a very welcoming and informative painter. He works in great detail so in the two hours he had he was only able to paint the head of a kingfisher. 

He doesn't mind the participants getting in close either so we were able to get a good view and see his   processes.

Second (and final) day of exhibition.

So just got back from the exhibition and a few more sold , last minute rush from a few buyers. Don't know what the final total is at this stage. 

Got quite a few more photos today which are all mostly including some reflection. Bit difficult not to given they are all framed.
