Exhibition date info

Just a quick bit of info from Jean that the date for this years exhibition will be the first weekend in Oct, that's the 4th and 5th by my reckoning. 

No other info at the moment.

Miriam Laville exhibition

Miriam has been in touch about news of a solo exhibition and workshops at Pocklington Art Centre, see below for further details.

 

Autumn and Winter programme 2014

Maureen may not be able to continue the work she does in producing the programme and is looking for some help in doing so. 

If you feel you can help please speak with either Maureen or Jean.

For anyone who hasn't got a copy of the programme here it is and there are some spare copies in the cupboard at the hall. 

I will also try and remember to remind everyone what the following weeks meeting will entail in each post.

Free painting 4th August 2014

As I was preparing this post I noticed that last weeks failed to publish properly so you may have two this week. 

Less dogs this week but the event raised somewhere in the region of £700 for the dog charities so huge well done to everyone who contributed and worked on the day.

This weeks art is a mixed bag with the odd pooch here and there. 

Actually there are more than I expected. Enjoy
