Second (and final) day of exhibition.

So just got back from the exhibition and a few more sold , last minute rush from a few buyers. Don't know what the final total is at this stage. 

Got quite a few more photos today which are all mostly including some reflection. Bit difficult not to given they are all framed.

Art exhibition , first day success

Well an hour into the first day and it wasn't looking good , with viewers and especially buyers not in abundance.

Here's one of them taking a particular interest in two sly foxes. 

However by the end of the day, after numerous visitors , thirteen sales plus a visit from the press things were looking much better. 

With another day tomorrow also to come (1230 till 4pm) then it could turn out to be a better than average exhibition. 

Still plenty of great paintings left and the refreshments are worth a visit alone. 

Roll on Sunday !

I have been reliably informed that the success was down to this member (who shall remain nameless, although I'm open to any bribe) finding some customers hiding under a table.

 

 

 

 

 

Last post before this weekends show

Apologies for the lack of posts recently due to holiday absence.

The annual exhibition takes place this weekend at St Wilfrid's church hall and church. 

Saturday from 1030 till 4pm then Sunday from 1230 till 4pm. 

Here are this weeks efforts some of which may or may not be ready for the exhibition.
